1. Coudert Immigration is an affiliate of Coudert Legal. It is not itelf a law firm but it retains the services of Coudert Legal where legal services are required. The services of Coudert Immigration are not legal services;
2. Coudert Immigration offers Canadian immigration services. It also offers Canadian job finding services for foreign workers which include a listing on this job board;
3. Should you be interested in retaining job finding services from Coudert Immigration please use the Contact link below to send: (a) a detailed resume containing your education and work experience, (b) a detailed listing of your previous job titles and duties containing no less than 10 of your job responsibilities, (c) a short 15 second video explaining why you would like to work in Canada, (d) a written signed permission from you authorizing Coudert Immigration to release your personal information and video to interested employers.
4. Coudert Immigration does not agree to offer job finding services to all foreign workers, but rather only foreign workers (a) who it considers have a reasonable chance of finding employment in Canada, regarding which it offers no promise and (b) who agree to enter into its Job Finding Agreement with it (see Points below);
5. Coudert Immigration’s job finding services (including a listing on the job board) are fee-based services. Fee details will be provided upon request;
6. It is illegal in Canada for an employer to charge an amount to a foreign worker for offering a job to the worker. Coudert Immigration is in full compliance with Canada’s laws as it has no agreement, whether directly or indirectly, with any employer to be paid for job finding services.  Coudert Immigration’s services are provided directly to foreign workers and not to employers, and it receives no fee of any kind from any employer for its job finding services;
7. Before providing to any prospective employer the personal information and the video of a foreign worker, Coudert Immigration requires a written undertaking from the employer to respect Canada’s privacy laws in respect of this information, and specifically not to copy, distribute, or post the worker’s short video on any media electronic platform without the written consent of Coudert Immigration. Details of this are provided in the Job Finding Agreement;
8. The above is a partial summary of the Job Finding Agreement and does not take precedence over this Agreement;
