We adhere to the same confidentiality and privacy rules as Coudert Legal, our affiliated law firm. Consequently, rest assured that we undertake to maintain the confidentiality of any information you communicate to us. This information will not be disclosed or transmitted to any third party in any manner without your written consent. The only exception, which is common,  is where we are legally required to disclose any information in accordance with an order from a government authority or a court of law.
